For how simple you claim to be, you do like to make things more complicated than they are. I could say that I think you're fun to be around, and not at all boring, but I suspect you wouldn't be convinced so easily. So why not wait and see? Isn't it okay to just let things continue as they have? I'm sure there's more to it than Ari humoring you. She must enjoy your company, or you wouldn't be here now. It must be terribly exhausting to humor someone for months on end. I don't think even a bard could do it and stay sane.
To be honest, I don't think there's anyone who knows how to date. It's not like learning to use a weapon. Most of the time you just wing it and talk about anything you can think of and hope your jokes aren't terrible, and then if all goes well, you go home and realize you just had a great time.
You seem pretty set on distancing yourself from Ari and Drake. [......] Very well, then. I will be waiting for your return with all the materials necessary to bar every door and window, so that you may forever live your life secluded from the outside world. One condition, though: you must promise to eat the food I'll pass you through the catflap.
Of course, I was joking about having ulterior motives. Or was I? Perhaps one day you wake up to find I have absconded with all the apples in the house.
