Ari/Mag/Drake/Kiernan/MINOTAUR?! For crying out loud, he thought, trying to count the sheer mass of undead in the room. The Minotaur and whatever the heck that thing was were the least of his concerns for the moment. The Minotaur was, after all, being blocked by the wall of shambling corpses. He was about to rush forward and start trying to take some of them out - while not thinking about corpse-stench - when Ari cautioned them and he looked at her, incredulous. She wasn't thinking of doing what he thought she was, was she?
He jumped back in time to watch her get swallowed by pillars of flame and he nearly stepped forward, willing to dive into them to get Ari out when the flames dispersed and Ari stood there, looking slightly unsure but entirely resolute. And at her orders, the beast lit everything up.
Watching in amazement as the corpses caught aflame and started falling to the floor, he shook his head. He might not like or even know many of the things she was going to have to deal with while she had the thing, but he couldn't deny that, in this instance, it was seriously helpful. Just treat it like Lucy, he told himself. After all, it was big, bonded to Ari, and shot fire everywhere. Just like Kiernan's dragon. Sort of. He just hoped Ari's pet didn't like trying to set her on fire.
With that one attack, a good chunk of the cave was cleared, and the hooded figure shrieked. "Apparently he's not a fan of a cozy fire," Drake joked.
