Maria/Siana/Peony + Jareth
Siana did not fancy sullying her grandmother's sword with rotting flesh again, but better it be used to protect the city than on display on the estate's mantle. She flung the innards of the undead mage she had sliced through off the blade with a single swipe in the air, and she looked to where Maria pointed, nodding first at her and then giving Monaco a level glance to do as the holy knight directed.
Magic was most effective against the creatures, and what Peony and Maria had in store was the greatest tool in their arsenal. When they did not actively keep the enemy from attacking them, they had to stand out of their way so that they could do their thing without having either she or Monaco be caught in friendly fire. So she took her position at the mouth at the cave, cleanly slicing through the flesh of another undead mage in her path with a sickening squish as the blade cut and the zombie fell. Waiting until Monaco took his position, Siana nodded at Peony. They were ready.
