“Heh, you’d like that a lot, wouldn’t you?” she teased, a grin on her lips. “But let’s be honest. It wasn’t like you two were trying to be discrete with all the witnesses you left behind.” As soon as Cian was out of danger, she was able to focus her sights on Alecta beneath her. Audrey’s giant shuriken was still, the blade continuing to press against Alecta’s neck. “I don’t really like where your unfinished business is going, especially when it’s endangering a client of mine. I would much rather you count your loss and go home.”
Pulling the shuriken away from Alecta’s neck, she closed the blades with a flick of her wrist. Stepping back slowly, she kept her eyes glued on the ninja. There was no way she felt comfortable showing her back to Alecta. Not in this situation—not when she was fueled by some rage she couldn’t understand. From her peripheral view she could see Cian, and Audrey had begun to slowly make her way towards him, her body completely facing Alecta just in case anything went wrong.
"Now, if you'll please let us go-- we'll be out of your hair."
