Li/Altair
A sea vessel was far from ideal, but there was nothing else. The larger boats had attracted Leviathan's attention and were now swirling messes of debris. Everything had shifted, the scene now moving out towards the shores. One after another, the rest of their party left him and Altair, staying at the docks to help the endangered populace instead. It made sense for them, but Li wouldn't follow. He was meant to dole out suffering and teach others to do the same, not quite protect them from it. Take damage for them, maybe, but Altair was the one who paid him to do that.
So with Altair he would stay. A nod was given as farewell, and Li turned his attention back toward the skies. "We need to get on an airship," he said, but they had all followed the serpent away from the docks. They could trail behind by ship--after all, Li only needed to get close enough; the Darkness would do the rest. "Can your voice reach them?" He asked Altair, before he'd direct the boat's captain to steer them forward.
