Liyal/Merri/Aspel/Ash/Drake/Ari/Nate
She saw that some of the others had sped their actions, but not all. Merde. The instrument was already failing her. That song never malfunctioned anymore, not since the sewers...
There was little she could do about it in the moment, though. There were enough people with weapons - and mages - on the field that her small attempts with her dagger wouldn't do anyone much good. Besides, the monsters weren't paying attention to her - as appeared to be the norm, they were congregating on Aspel, who stood in armor once again dented by their blows, and called their attention.
She didn't know how much damage the sentinel had sustained by now, but she knew Drake had taken a few hits - and Nate - and really, considering the way things seemed to go in her life lately, she thought it was better to be safe than sorry.
She sang as loudly as she could, despite the conditions being less than ideal - no walls for resonance, the pounding of the surf threatening to drown her out along with the noise of battle - calling the healing energy for those who could hear her, instrument willing. The skin of her fingers, which had begun to become irritated over wet and slippery strings, healed as the pain flowed out, so she knew it was working, at least to some extent. Now, it was simply a matter of whether it would work for the others.
