Siana/Jareth/Carolina
Carolina was caught off-guard by the tidal wave that swept the docks. She could swim fairly well—her main caretakers as a child had been island folk, and had seen it as a vital part of a girl's education—but she was quite out of practice. The water closed over her head and tossed her about like a ragdoll. Something heavy hit her head, and she saw stars.
By the time the wave drained away, Carolina lay waterlogged on the cobblestones, her head pounding. Then, quite unbidden, she felt a warm, tingling healing energy surround her. The pain in her head receded, and her thoughts cleared. She knew who it was immediately: the holy knight. She raised her head in time to see her jump on a hoverbike with Cian.
So Carolina was alone now with only the EKP woman, and Jareth Monaco. Still not a bad pair to be stuck with, all told, as long as she could keep Jareth from guessing what she was—and that shouldn't be a problem. She'd never had trouble hiding her identity in the past.
Standing, she pushed her wet hair off her face and wrung the water from her skirt, looking around for Jareth and the EKP woman. Finding them, she returned to their side. Her dagger was still miraculously gripped in her right hand, and she was as ready as she could ever be to face what came next. "Lead the way," she told them.
