Siana/Altair/Jareth
Laurent's outburst surprised Siana, and though she heard the truth in his words, his anger wasn't what caused her eyebrows to lift. It was the implications he made towards his own shady dealings. Furthermore, Monaco's interference, somewhere between unwelcome and not (she did not need a man, or anyone, to defend her from a spoiled nobleman's tantrum, Faram damn it, but this was also not the time or place to address it), impressed her. Perhaps he would not be a completely hopeless partner yet.
"Everyone makes mistakes," she pointed out coolly. "You are no exception to this rule." Especially given this. Really, she had expected him to try to talk his way out of guilt, not throw a fit to proclaim his innocence. She considered her next question carefully. She was no lawyer, and this was not yet a trial, and he was giving her nothing but a reason to hold him as they collected further evidence to either exonerate or, more likely, implicate him. "Perhaps she had displeased you during your... session, perhaps she had said something to incur your wrath. Or, perhaps, you saw who might have done it if not yourself." That was the only out she was going to grant him, even if it meant that he might send them on a wild goose chase.
