Riyeko/Peony/Siana/Li/Carolina
Siana nodded at Li, grateful for having him at her side once again. In truth, she was relieved that he couldn't use his Fell Knight abilities, for it had been a point of unease with her since they met, but he'd proven himself time and time again. "They are creatures of flesh," she pointed out, "so our blades will suffice." Not that the mages' spells were unhelpful, of course, and as Peony had proven, effective for ridding them of many at once.
She heard the younger woman's status readings over the din of battle, and an unusual feeling crept on her: she wished that Maria was here. She shoved the feeling aside; they had who they had and Peony with her fire spells, again, were more than useful to them now. They did not need holy magicks. And, speaking of, Peony unleashed another spell, ridding them of many of the enemy mages.
Flurry after Flurry was her best tactic for numbers of this magnitude. Quell their numbers, keep any lingering civilians from harm, and keep an eye out for any potential ambushers, though she was not quick to credit the Undead for having any thought in their rotted brains. Their souls were with Faram now, though those who were not faded through the horde with an ease that worried Siana. Then, she felt a chill, and when she spun she saw that one had passed through her, and when their eyes met, she could no longer see.
