Ari/Aspel - 2:30 AM
Low murmured conversation would be had between spins and turns. When they came close enough for their lips to possibly touch, a smirk would be given, their normal banter, a sweet and thrilling game seemingly not gone even after heat high enough to scorch her senses that had grown between them earlier. Near the end, Ari would be pulled in close again, conversation teasing but tender at the same time from Aspel's side and a curious raise of brow would be given when the topic of Ari making it home was mentioned. Ah, she certainly could not allow the other to walk home with such terrible news amongst the city of late and Aspel easily agreed that walking the other home would be no burden at all, offering an arm out, just as she assumed Ari was beginning to come to expect.
Pushing through the doors, the night air was cool, welcome after so much activity, and Aspel could not help but think of how she would pay for all of the drink and late hour of the festivities in the morn. Yet, with an odd buzzing in the back of her head, and a slight not entirely unpleasant weight in her heart, she could not entirely say the night would be one of regret. At least, not until her busy brain began to pick apart and push around all the possibly problems that could come. Yet for now, she would enjoy the walk from the Duckling to Ari's apartment, perhaps talking them through a spot that would cause the walk to take a bit longer than entirely needed, but.... How could she pass up a stroll through the same spot that had seemed to strengthen the grounds of their relation all that many weeks before?
"Was your birthday to your liking?" The question came after the stroll had already begun and was simple. A sincere inquiry as eyes would move to glance down at the other woman curiously, hopefully, it had been amply so. However, one could never be entirely certain unless they asked.
