Merri/Kiyoko/Siri
"I-- I will," replied Merri hesitantly, though his initial relief that Ran would soon be somewhere safe with the rest of the civilians was not long-lived as he was hit with yet another Blizzara. To his dismay, so was Ran, but with her reassurance that she was fine, Merri returned his attention to the Elemental.
He glanced briefly at Siri who had already cast another Aerora, and Merri closed his eyes, hoping that the distraction was just long enough for him to dualcast two Aeroras himself -- and, more, he hoped that he could dualcast them quick enough that the Elemental would not be able to cast again. No such luck, as this time, the sound of air tearing apart cracked through the vicinity with Thundara.
The pain was still very real to Merri, but he was, thankfully, used to it; it was only a few months ago he had accidentally cast the spell upon himself while learning it, after all. He continued to cast, his incantation increasing in tempo, until finally, the two spells were ready, and he flung it at the Elemental. He didn't wait to see if his aim was true; did the Thundara hurt Ran? Siri? The civilians? He prayed not.
