Chloë & Juliette | Mid-Afternoon
"Excellent," Chloë replied, "His brother is pleasant as well. So I am glad it is a family trait." If Miles ever did treat Juli badly, Chloë would be inclined to give him a swift kick between the legs. Miles wasn't a horrible person, but some people didn't deserve to get bullied around. She deemed Juliette one of those people. She also felt the same way about Audrey, but Audrey could handle herself well enough.
Chloë shook her head, "Not yet, I've only just arrived. I'll catch up with her at some point. It's not like she's going anywhere, hm?" She let out a little laugh and yes, Chloë was most certainly aware of the preparations for the wedding.
"The wedding is sure to be non-stop work for our dearest Alys," Chloë said and then decided now was the time to pounce. Figuratively speaking, of course. She sighed, "I had my fitting for my dress the other day and...that color, so dreadful."
