They carried on like that for at least an hour - Ari started to lose track of time as she continued losing at the game. Audrey, of course, never seemed to miss. At some point, Lille wandered off tipsily to join a group of knights she knew. They switched games then, though by this time Ari's head was in such a state that she didn't fully discern the rules. It didn't really matter, because she was destined to lose regardless.
By the end of the evening, she could only wave in the general direction of the two departing Kiernans and Audreys (oh, she was paying for this in the morning if her vision was starting to split) before stumbling out of the bar with Aspel, who was at least in a state to help her home.
"Never playing... aim games with a ninja again," Ari muttered, trying and failing to walk a straight line.
Aspel might have laughed at her. Honestly, at that point, she couldn't even tell.
