He blinked watching her, and held his hands up near his chest a moment, scanning the walls and windows and then moving up towards the door to lightly knock on it again. He sniffed at the keyhole, and peered through it as best he could before hopping to his feet and shrugging, "Not really sure, but I'm thinking not. Then again, he could have a much deadlier and newer spell that could definitely make this whole thing impossible to deal with. At which point, it could very well kill us in a heartbeat, so I suppose we wouldn't have to worry too much about our failure."
He smiled and pointed to the lock, "Should be brilliant though, because if that is the case then we've stumbled upon a brand new spell! Though, again, we wouldn't be able to enjoy it--oh, oh, no matter. Just get with the lock, unless you think perhaps I should use it. I'd hate to put you in harm's way over a silly little game."
He obviously didn't seem to care after all, it was just science and science came with risks. He looked around and moved towards one of the windows, before taking up his rod and pointing at it. Firing a thunder spell after shouting the words, trying to see if the lightning would blast through said window.
