Mag/Kiernan | mid-evening
Kiernan had been more subdued than usual since his arrival. It was hard to miss the change, though he’d made a valiant effort to keep up with the festive mood. Mag kept an eye on him throughout the evening which, she supposed, explained how she’d ended up not really noticing where she was standing until the whistling and laughing started.
She looked up and saw the mistletoe hanging above her head.
“Oops.” She chuckled. “I’m guessing I can’t just continue on my way?”
One look at Vivi told her that no, she could not. And really, Mag had expected no less from her friend.
