Theo/Ari/Loch/René/Drake vs Cúchulainn
There was a reason the bakery didn't do deliveries—mainly due to the lack of manpower around the shop—but Mr. Daramy had trouble making it all the way to the Bazaar, and René would have wanted anyone else to do the same for his mother. He walked with the loaves of bread at his side, the top of the Mages' Tower getting closer and closer as he turned at this street and that.
When he rounded the last corner all he saw was half of the street flattened to the ground.
Another crash had the street shaking, and even as René lost his balance and fell he watched the rubble of the Daramys house settle into a gravesite. The next crash was louder, closer. People around him screamed as they ran. He took the opposite direction, stumbling until he reached the pile of splintered wood. Grab, pull, throw aside. "Mr. Daramy!" he shouted, pushing at a beam.

He felt the gusts of wind blown from each sweep of Lucy's wings before he heard him. "René!" Kiernan shouted, "Grab my hand before—
"That's the point," Remy responded with a laugh, reaching over to rub his knuckles over René's head, "Don't think, just—
"Ari, Theo!" René yelled while he ran to them, stopping next to closest person of the group. It was a woman he didn't know, and his gaze slowed over her, before landing on Ari and reaching for her shoulder. "We have to go," he told her, and it sounded like a plea.
