"I'm great! Better!" Merri chirped. "They're releasing me today, so I was just on my way out to find Father Luscini. He's the one who made sure I got here." His smiled softened, sheepishly. "I couldn't really move from my bed in the Tower and I hadn't wanted to be a burden on anyone, but I'm glad he made sure I came here. I doubt I'd have survived if he didn't." Merri shook his head to direct the conversation elsewhere. "You didn't get sick too, did you?"
