THE FINAL THROWDOWN: EVERYONE
The only consideration Siana gave to the mage and his dragoon was that now, if she and her companions were smart, everything could and would work to their advantage. An distraught opponent was more dangerous, to be sure, for fighter and mage alike they could not possibly hope to control their power, but they were more prone to mistakes; all they needed to do was look for the prime opportunity, which would come much sooner now than before.
For now, however, they must contend with the potency of the mage's grief, and thankfully Peony's fire spell had done much to clear the area of the risen skeletons. Those that remained standing, Siana pushed towards them, once more unleashing Flurry after Flurry to connect her sword with their spines, not waiting to see if the bones clattered back to the floor. She saw live humes scatter about, but Monaco gave chase to them -- and yet still some thought to come between her and their leader.
They were easy to cut down, for their movements were not as swift as before nor as organized, and they fell to her sword with a few easy strikes to their pressure points. Finally, Cerf was wide open.
Their eyes met, and Siana felt a chill in her bones and an overwhelming pain as the mage unleashed another wave of Darkga.
