It was a better response than some lie and for that, Foxe was grateful. He knew that more went on with Lavitz than the man dared to let on, but Foxe wasn't exactly one to push. He'd had his own periods of darkness and it felt disingenuous to force himself into the troubles of others when he'd been so difficult to speak to when suffering from his own bouts of depression. Looking over Lavitz, Foxe nodded. There was no judgement in his eyes.
"Changing for the better or worse?" Foxe asked, genuinely curious. From time to time, he felt mild concern for Lavitz, who seemed to have a cloud hanging around his head. But he figured Manley and Mag took care of it for the most part.
