BY REQUEST: THE DERP'S RESPONSE
Merrion stumbled backwards back into his chair, or he would have if his aim had been existent. He caught the edge of it, and he crashed onto the wooden floor instead, but he barely noticed the bruises that were sure to form in a few moments' time and instead brought his fingers to his lips.
That... that was unlike anything of the first kiss. That was... that was... that was incredible, and that was...
She kissed him again! Like... like that and-- oh. Oh.
He slowly climbed back to his feet, his mind spinning, and he only managed the words, "She... she kissed! Again!"
"Yes, dearie, we all saw," said the waitress with a laugh as she cleaned up his table.
He let out a giddy giggle, and he then tried to leave but forgot to pay, so the waitress dragged him back in to chide him not to let a pretty girl get to his head like that but he paid her only in gil before dancing off back to the tower.
