She had decided, right from the get go, that having a happy Cian was far more convenient to her than an angry one. And seeing how happy and Cian weren't words that mixed very well, the equivalent (that is to say, having a relatively grumpy, rude, yet non-violent Cian) was pretty good, too. Seriously, Lan supposed she could oversee his attitude if she focused on his features.
