Cian & Drake | Bazaar District 12:30pm
It was on the tip of his tongue to disagree, but he decided to let it rest. At the very least, this guy had helped out, which, in Drake's book, made him good people. Instead, he grinned, shrugged his shoulders, and checked out the baked goods in the display case. "Never did get your name, though," he said. It was entirely possible that he had, but had forgotten. That night at the docks really was more of a blur than anything. He turned his attention from the bake case to the other guy and held out his hand. "Drake Liu."
He had to think about what he had been up to - a lot, really, but most of it wasn't things he'd talk to a relative stranger about - and shrugged again. "Same. Finally got some free time, but it doesn't look like Rene's here, so I figured I'd buy some cookies and head back out." He pointed at the double chocolate cookies and the snickerdoodles. "Those ones are really good. So is Mama Beau's cranberry raisin oatmeal."
