Alys. Was she going to be expected to call Audrey that now? While it wasn't too much of a deviation from her assumed name, Damia preferred to keep things simple. She'd known the girl (always a girl, never a woman) as Audrey, and no shocking revelations would change that.
She smiled into the mirror.
"That would be because I never gave it. Your sister and I are friends of a sort, I suppose, but I couldn't have imagined she was keeping this kind of secret. Now I'm doubting we're very good friends at all." Juliette seemed uncomfortable; it was written in her face, her posture. "But my name is Damia," she finally offered, making it quite clear she was not nobility, and therefore not offering a surname. "A pleasure, my lady."
