Juliette didn't quite get out a second offer to pay before her friend was already up and out of her seat. In the several minutes it took her to acquire her coffee, Juliette had managed to gather her thoughts, at least enough so that when Morgayne was once again seated across from her, she felt like she could at least make a start.
"What would you do," she began slowly, "if everything you thought you knew about your life suddenly turned out to be... incorrect? Or not everything, but... the important things?" Was she even making any sense?
