It took her a few moments to find her words - a rarity, and now it was the second day in a row that Aspel was acting decidedly... unlike herself. She almost wondered if the rules of this game of theirs were changing on her, but Aspel didn't say anything, nor did she make any further moves, and Ari, for her part, kept her earlier counsel about people who looked half dead and inappropriate thoughts at inappropriate times. She put a smile on her face, an almost relaxed expression. "You're welcome," she said. She reached out to take Aspel's hand and squeeze it briefly, assuming she did not pull away. A simple gesture, friendly, really. "Go rest, and if you are ever in need of another song, let me know. Perhaps sometime when you are not beaten half to death and can more properly enjoy it. I will see you at the ball." With that, she headed down the stairs.
