Drake/Open | early evening
One of them had to show, and he was pretty sure that Aspel had raced off to be with Ari. And since it was Ari's best friend who had been injured, it was a safe bet that she would still be at the clinic by the time he managed to extract himself from the festivities. Well, drunken revelry, really. Still. They were trying to be visible, and they'd done a pretty good job of it so far, and so it only made sense that they showed up to this. Drake privately though Aspel would have been the better choice - she at least drank.
Drake felt like the only teetotaler there. He was pretty sure that even the squires were slipping mugs of mead without fear. He sighed and looked around, trying to spot Captain Yurgen; the least he could do was stop by and greet the man. If he could find him. And he wasn't lost in his cups.
A group of monks caught him and he chatted with them for a few minutes, laughing and accepting congratulations - he'd thought he was done with this congratulations thing, but apparently not. One of the older monks asked for a moment of his time later, and Drake promised to find him before he left for the eve.
Still no sign of Yurgen. He figured he had about two hours at most before he needed to excuse himself and head to the clinic to check on Ari and Audrey. And Aspel. Hopefully, there would still be something open so he could grab the three of them something to snack on since he doubted that Aspel would leave long enough to get food, and Ari would be too beside herself with worry to think of it herself.
