[Rictor/Siana - Grande Cathedral | 1:30pm]
As Siana descended the stairs, a knight in light armour was just passing the gate and the imposing noticeboard that dominated the entrance to the building. He was about to stand aside on the steps, an easy gesture to concede the right-of-way to a woman – but then recognition gave him pause. She was one of the EKP officers from the Riskbreaker’s mission. And one he knew vaguely from various noble events, though her reluctance and antipathy towards them seemed to rival his own.
“Banes,” Rictor called out by way of greeting, along with a nod of the head. She was exiting the cathedral, and the Blade was just entering – both of them looked far more clean, composed, and respectable than the last time they’d met.
These circumstances were, needless to say, far more preferable. A fact he conceded with: “Not as glamorous as last time, is it,” nodding towards the Grande Cathedral. Grand was only one adjective one could use for the stone building: it was majestic, towering, dizzying, a feat of hume construction and one of the continent’s best tributes to Faram.
