"Never understood how couriers didn't go insane," she said, shaking her head. She'd had to deliver messages herself, but they usually had to deal with the syndicate, and those messages rarely came in a nice stiff envelope. Some of the bruises she'd gotten from her last delivery were still healing, but the delivery had been successful. The asshole had paid up.
Aisling shrugged. "Hanging out until work." She made it a habit to not lie if she didn't have to. "Thought I'd see some friends." Which she hadn't, but then, who knew were Audrey or Loch were.
Finally, they were in front of the studio. Aisling opened the door and walked inside. As soon as he caught sight of her, the instructor's face, which had already been red, flushed to purple. Ash grinned.
"She's got a message for ya," she said by way of explanation, motioning to the girl.
