Lex stood up a little straighter as one of the dancers approached. It appeared as if the decision to approach the performers had been made, and after a moment of consideration she gave the woman a nod in reply. She felt very out of place suddenly, as her status as a quiet observer had come to an end.
"Someone, actually," she said, holding out the invitation for the woman to inspect. "I have a letter for them."
The name was neatly written and the paper plain. Nothing seemed to indicate it was anything more than it was, and Lex supposed she might've given the appearance of a courier of some sort. Better than a lost church mage, out running errands for strangers, she supposed.
