Lex/Juliette| 5:30 PM - NOBLES DISTRICT.
Lady Demiel had been detained at tea with a friend, which was the best possible thing that could have happened. Upon her return home after her daily training, Juliette had discovered the house empty, for Lord Demiel seemed to have absented himself as well (perhaps to Ivory, about which she was not meant to know, but she was not stupid for all she was quiet). A quick shower and change of clothing, and she was practically flying down the stairs, knowing her window of opportunity was very narrow.
Boris, bless him, seemed to have read her mind.
So, not five minutes later, they were out on the street, a small, smiling girl and her very large, fluffy dog, making their way to the nearest park. Perhaps she ought to have contacted Lord Amell...
Turning a corner, however, Juliette beheld a blonde young woman who, while tidily dressed, did not appear to quite belong. The look on her face confirmed the fact that she had perhaps wandered somewhere unfamiliar. Boris made the decision for her -- tugging on his leash, he began determinedly making his way over to her, and no matter how Juliette tugged, he would not be deterred. "Boris, behave yourself!" She considered it a small mercy that upon reaching the young woman, the dog sat at her feet and thumped his tail happily on the cobbles instead of trying to jump on her, for he was surely twice her weight.
"I am... very sorry," she said. Really, what had gotten into him? He generally left strangers well enough alone.
