Aspel couldn't help but let a slight chuckle slip out at Ari's commentary regarding her completed mission. A hand rose, giving a brief salute to the actress before her.
"Yes, Mistress." There was a good sense of humor in her voice and an amused look slipped across her face when Ari carried on about just how kind she'd be to share. After the price Aspel had paid for the bottle, she certainly hoped to get at least one glass out of it. Though, at the same time, hearing what repercussions she would have had to endure if the smith had not arrived, bottle in hand, made Aspel change her mind. An expensive bottle of mead was a small price to pay to avoid having to sing.
"Trust, you will be far more pleased with the mead than you ever would have been otherwise." Taking up her own glass, a brief cheers was offered before a sip was taken. Oh. That was brilliantly delightful and a small pleased sounding noise was easily given.
"The White Mages can work wonders." Really, her tenderness was mild in comparison to how she had felt first walking off the battlefield this afternoon. Shifting in her seat, still managed to earn a flinch though. "However, there is only so much even they can do." The tone of her voice was almost apologetic but, it was a fact of life. At least this hadn't been real combat, she undoubtedly would be in much worse shape if that had been the case.
