audrey, mid-evening.
Not even but a couple of minutes, Audrey had managed to rejoin the party as a dolled up noble attending the masquerade. Having stumbled out of one of the many rooms in the estate, the Ari and Audrey had both gone their separate ways. Stopping by a hall mirror, she made sure there wasn’t but a single stray hair, making sure her make-up, hair and clothes were nothing short of immaculate. Content she had finally stepped out of the hall to rejoin the party. Standing perfectly straight (shoulders back) as Altair had instructed her, she walked through the crowd with a confident air about her. She looked around the hall, having minor difficulty discerning who people were. Some nobles were just so notable yet some more obscure. It had been when she had caught someone saying the name ‘Juliette’ that she caught sight of her little sister, looking so darling in her dress. Audrey had been taken aback that she hadn’t noticed the man. Her feet had stumbled under her heels that the only thing she could think of was grabbing the man by the shoulders to steady herself.
