"Oh, he's out there every day from sun up to sun down," William tells her. "He's been letting Riza and I handle his other landlordly duties." He shakes his head. "He can stand a break before he wears out his new heart or something." He led her into the kitchen, grabbing the phone with his free hand and dialing Edward's cellphone.
"You have a visitor, Edward," he says after a moment. "Don't ask me what she wants, just set your work aside and come in here. Stop being so fussy. It won't kill you to take a break." A pause. "I know, Edward, but your brother can handle himself for a few minutes while you come in here and see what your guest wants. Your friends are starting to think you've abandoned them. Don't argue with me. I'm your older brother, I can boss you around."
William hangs up the phone, turning to Sarah with a grin. "He'll be in in a minute," he says.
