Alicia was really glad to have Katie around. She had someone to go shopping with, talk Quidditch with and just hang around with. She hadn't had a doubt in her mind that they would be pretty great friends, but even Alicia was surprised that they were still really close. Most people started to talk less after school ended, but not Katie and Alicia. She was glad to have someone around she could just take places like she did Katie.
Alicia looked up from the package in her hand to Katie. "As I said, it's not like I'm going to eat them all at once!" she repeated, giggling a little. "I don't make Hogsmeade a daily thing. The more I buy, the longer I can hold off coming back and spending more, so it's really not that terrible of an idea, don't you think?" Alicia grabbed a few more cauldron cakes, giving Katie a smile and headed for another display. This one held various types of chocolate, another one of her favorites. "What do you think?" she asked, looking over the shelf between them, "Chocolate frogs, chocolate wands or chocolate skeletons? Or maybe all of the above?" Alicia expected Katie to talk her out of things sometimes. Alicia thought she had gotten good at that over the years.
