Justin wasn't going to promise that, so he accepted the kiss as a diversion and kept her lips against his own, longer than was necessary to distract her. He laughed, once she had pulled away and offered up her opinion on the day, "You think? Well at least it is out in the open now and we don't have to worry about creating some type of public scene anywhere else." He would have hated to have told them at lunch. He probably would have got a glass of champagne in his face instead.
"Well we kept it in as long as we could, I just hope they ease off the wedding stuff. I mean, clearly if or when we decide to do that. We'll be deciding on things like cake, food and flowers together."
