He didn't say anything immediately. Mandy found a pulse, but it wasn't very strong, and the she was a bit worried that he wasn't responding. "You don't need me at home," Then. "I love my job."
Mandy let out a small sigh or relief. it wasn't coherent, but at least he was awake. Working to undo his shirt, Mandy shredded the fabric to bits, taking it off of his body as she tried her best to decontaminate any cuts. Glancing up periodically, Mandy now threw up a shield charm to try and give herself some time.
Once the lacerations were as clean as she could make them, Mandy pointed her wand at his back, hoping to stem the bleeding to the best of her ability. Then another to try and clean it as best she could.
"Just leave me alone, Mum,"
"It's okay, I know it hurts, but try not to move," Mandy said, touching his shoulder gently for a moment. maybe he couldn't understand her, but she needed him to stay still. Mandy unstopped the vial and started to spread some of the potion. She needed to get him out of her as soon as possible.
