Mandy wasn’t going to kill. As much as she’d wanted to and as much as she felt the need to revenge for Michael’s death, for all the terror and trouble and everything these … they had done to her, Mandy just could not do it. Mandy had tried, had thought about getting them back, but she'd figured out quite quickly that she needed to stick to stunning people. This was not her first battle, but this time it was wholly different. They were prepared, they knew it was coming. However, as the Death Eaters descended on the Ministry, Mandy quite quickly realised that she was nowhere near as prepared as she thought she was. But that's what tended to happen, didn't it? The overconfidence she'd felt in the first moments of the battled quite quickly disappeared as she caught a few spells, managing to hex back, through the pain. Another thud as the masked figure went down. Mandy turned now, her wand held at the ready as she aimed it at yet another Dreath Eater
Although not a healer yet, Mandy had done more than enough reading and practising to know some basic healing spells and basic first aid. No, she was nowhere near as effective as as a trained healer, but she was going to do her very best to help. So when she saw someone hit the floor, blood pouring everywhere, Mandy quickly rushed to their side.
Crouching down, next to them, Mandy’s eyes remained on the battle scene, sending another stunning spell followed by a leg-binding spell toward a nearby Death Eater. Turning toward the person, Mandy quickly reached ou to check a pulse before quickly riffled through her things hoping to find the appropriate potion. “Hi, can you hear me?” Mandy said, even as she glanced at her different labels. She needed to establish their current state, and could then go from there.
