It was Justin’s turn to say ‘Oh.’ And maybe, he would have - if he hadn’t already decided he wanted to kiss her, before she even said she fancied him. She fancied him, right? That wasn’t just something he had misinterpreted? He wasn’t going to ask her again, in case she decided to take it back or ... no that was about the worst thing she could do right now. He didn’t end up coming out with his own confession, the one he had come up with in his car on the way over, the one that involved how he liked, liked her - the one that was sure to make him sound like a complete idiot. He just leaned on forward and brought his lips down onto her own. His hand was somewhere wrapped up in her hair, as his tongue found away into her mouth - he wasn’t even sure if she had allowed that to happen, or if it just had. He pulled back, once he was out of breath and when he was pretty confident Megan had started kissing him back. Ran his thumb down over her lips, until he dropped his hand back down beside him altogether. He leaned his forehead against her own, as he took his time catching his breath.
“Good.” He allowed a small smile to creep on his face. The fact that Dustin had just kissed her was far from his mind.
