Justin couldn't say anything, even as he watched Megan jump up and spill her coffee over Dustin. He was like he had forgotten he could talk, voice his opinion, say something about being mad she hadn’t told him she liked Dustin. But, he couldn’t say any of that, because that’s what he would have said, a few weeks ago - when Megan hadn’t snogged him on her bed, when he hadn’t decided he maybe, kind of liked her. Now he was stuck trying to think of something to say, other than Dustin was a complete Cheesedick. Which he totally was - Dustin wasn’t even a name anyway. It was typo, it was his name with a D instead of a J. Who really named their child Dustin? His face changed dramatically, once Megan had left the room. It was like he remembered, what he was meant to be doing tonight and Dustin had completely ruined his plan. “You’re an asshole.” He knew Dustin would be surprised he had said that, “You’re a complete asshole. Get out.” Justin folded his hands of his chest and watched Dustin come to terms with what his friend was saying to him. “What? What do you mean?” Justin, walked over and grabbed his shirt pulling him forward, as he repeated what he had said, before. “Get the fuck out.” Well with a few added words.
He pushed him again, and really, Justin knew he was crossing lines. Dustin had ever right to take a swing at him and he knew - being passive aggressive, wouldn’t help him at all. But, he wanted him out of Megan’s flat now. Apparently Dustin had either a) been convinced Justin was on crack and it was probably best not to fight back or b) he had completely lost it and he didn’t want to be around him any longer anyway, so Justin managed to push him towards the door with not too much of a struggle. Until they got to the door and Dustin pushed Justin’s hand of his shirt. “Let go. I’m leaving okay.” Justin closed the door behind him with a bang and turned around to see Megan coming out of the kitchen.
“What the hell was that? Are you to dating him now or something? Or do you just snog all of your friends?” Their snog definitely was starting to mean less and less - now that it appeared she did it with all her friends.
