Sally took another sip of her own coffee, the liquid dwindling with each mouthful. "I found out my brother Carlton is selling things on the black market. Illegal herbs and other dangerous combinations. He does it because it makes him a large sum of money very quickly, which feels in the gaps in our overall finances. My mother's far to self absorbed to realize it and as long as we have profits she probably doesn't care. But I know this isn't the sort of thing my father wanted for the company that he worked so hard to build. We're not dodgy people. We work hard and we do things right," Sally insisted. "My father was a Hufflepuff too, you know." A smile replaced the displeasure that had been on her face.
"I want to report the company to the IWTC. I know it seems spiteful and maybe it is. But if the company is no longer the business my father helped create, than perhaps it's okay for me not to hold on to that dream any longer."
Her fingers unconsciously drew circles on the table top. "Maybe it's okay for me to start over."
