Justin had been interested to hear her small comment about her father. He felt privileged that Sally actually trusted him enough, to talk to him about her father in the first place. "You'll have to play for me some time."
Justin wasn't quite sure why Sally had apologised, but decided to let it go, regardless of not understanding exactly why she felt the need to supply their comfortable silence with that word.
"I know. I've got parallel parking mastered." He laughed, and stepped out of the car, not making it in time to open Sally's door for her. He pulled back his hand and with another laugh added, "Would you let me be a gentleman for you, once?"
Justin, rubbed his hands together. "It's cold. Can't say I'm not looking forward to spring." Justin got to the door first and held it opened for her, before following in close behind her. "How about you grab a table. I'll order our drinks. What did you want to drink?"
