Cho glanced at the watch on the wall. Clocking off was minutes away, and in order to make a good impression, she wouldn't leave until five o'clock came. Like the rest of the day, she'd been stuck behind a desk, writing up reports on a recent spate of Misuse of Muggle Artifacts, and her hand was starting to cramp up, but her boss insisted she write it by hand to ensure there was no mistakes made, or wand errors, though Cho's free hand was itching to reach into her pocket and zap the rest of these reports away. Hearing people around her beginning to say their goodbyes and get ready to leave, Cho saw that five o'clock was here, and she quickly moved the rest of her work into her desk to complete the next day, and headed to the exit that would bring her closest to the Leaky Cauldron.
Not seeing Marietta outside, she thought either she was running late, which wasn't like Marietta that often, or she was inside, so Cho head in, and smiled when she saw her best friend. "Aren't you a sight for sore eyes." She smiled, cocking her head slightly. She glanced over at some older patrons giving them both a quick once-over with her eyes, and she wrinkled her nose. "Okay, how about I buy the first round of Firewhiskeys, then you can tell me about your day, deal?" She nodded to herself before Marietta could give her an answer, and moved over to the bar.
