"Oxford?" Sally didn't know what that was, but based on his description, she imagined it must of been some school wealthy muggles sent their children. Whenever Justin made mention of such things, of the sort of lifestyles that he and Megan were accustomed too, Sally always felt weird. While her family had never struggled with money like the Weasleys, the Perks certainly weren't living like the Malfoys either. They was no "fortune" to be had. All the money was the business and without it they'd have nothing. If there had been any savings before her father died, it certainly didn't exist any longer.
