The mediocre attempt at entering the home had been noticed straight away by Alecto. At times, he believed that she had a hearing of a cat ready to pounce, but it could also be the fact that everything just seemed louder at night then within other times. However, that's the way that both had to quickly become accustomed to. The Carrows had gotten ever increasingly better at keeping a watchful eye on one another, but they still had to keep an extra one wide open for their own selves as well. If there was one thing he knew through everything, it was that he would be unable to survive without Alecto. A part of Daphne's words had been true in some strange way. His sister had meant more to him then meets the eye. She kept him in line, despite knowing the exact way to press any form of buttons upon him in many ways then just simply one, of course.
"I was out later than expected," he answered her quickly, watching her descend the stairs and take interest in the newly acquired scratches upon his cheek. They had long since dried allowing the blood to crest over. Tiny specs of blood had dripped down as well, following the entire suit of the major point of impact as well. However, that seemed to be all forgotten the closer that Alecto became. He could easily feel the breath crash against him, which he instantly placed a hand upon her petite waist. It was moments of the sort that he greatly enjoyed with his sibling, not caring what the word beyond them felt or thought that they knew about their relationship.
As Alecto's fingers trailed upon his cheek, he leaned his head closer towards her neck and took a deep breath of her scent in. She always had a delectable smell upon her that always seemed to make Amycus desire even more. "Not the type of lesson that you might expect, my dear sister," he answered her with a smirk of his own. There had been already a plan in the works melding within his thoughts for Daphne. All of them that he would make sure that there wasn't a way to refuse. "I plan on giving this particular one many more lessons in the near future." Amycus had been looking forward towards those specific times that he sprang forth towards the young Greengrass woman. Of course, he would have to be prepared with a variety of options for her because if she had refused within the shop to merely come with him, then it would take more effort for their next meeting.
Pressing his face lightly against the fair skin of Alecto's neck, he slid his hands slightly up her body. It didn't take him too much longer to wrap his arms around the woman and pull her against him. Amycus could never resist a bit of closeness when it came to her. To be honest, he couldn't remember the last time that he actually did. "How did you spend your evening?" he asked in a curious tone.
