Again listening, Theodore was not surprised at anything spoken by Draco. But it was an honest conversation, as they used to have long before the war had really impacted either of their lives.
"Odd, isn't it?" Theodore asked. "You and I have switched roles in a way. Until last year, I would have done my best to avoid violence. Now, I embrace it."
He considered the second part of Draco's statement. "I do not know that it can continue, but fear may drive any other forms of change we wish to implement."
But equally as important was Draco's mention of Pansy. "I imagine that it would be better now, with her. I believe that in the aftermath of all that's happened I have spoken with her more than I ever did at Hogwarts. Though, I would suppose that the journals have aided in that."
