Draco's instant understanding of the situation reinforced in Theodore's mind the decision to tell the truth. He was not particularly fond of exposing the inner workings of his mind, but he deeply appreciated being understood.
"She knows," he said quietly. "But as to what I actually do, well, there is no reason for her to know everything." He fell silent for a moment.
"It works for now. My involvement with the Death Eaters may be suspected, at best, but there is little evidence that anyone would know. I appreciate the position, but should it ever change..."
