"Indeed," Theodore chimed in, raising his glass. He took a long drink, before settling back in his chair.
In times past he might have skirted around the issues at hand, telling half-truths, only admitting to so much. But Theodore was restless, and growing weary of such things. Of all the people he knew, Draco knew him the best. And that did not generally say much as he still kept things hidden, even from his lifelong friend.
But now, he addressed the second issue, as he was perhaps looking for advice though he would never admit as much. "I've found the adjustment from neutrality to be rather easy, in all ways but one."
A pause, and then a look. "Daphne." He offered no explanation, as the stance the Greengrass family took on the Death Eaters was well enough known. It was difficult to move from neutral when he was interested in a woman who wished only to stay that way. Or at least, wished for others to create the society she wished to live in for her.
