"And you believe everything you hear, right?" he was mock pouting but even he had to admit that his reputation was a bit bad even if only some of it was warranted. The other parts were just gossip that he had never done anything to disprove.
"No, thanks." he said with a shudder. "Thursday was bad enough, she acted like I was going to ruin her daughters reputation just taking you to lunch." It was probably a bit of an exaggeration but it was how he felt at times, almost like he wasn't good enough to be around Tracey.
