Ron laughed. "No, you didn't. But given that you're writing your thoughts by saying them out loud, I wanted to make sure you were done." He shrugged, not sitting down right away.
"Now that you're able to read though..." He retrieved a bag that he'd brought home some of the things he'd had at the hospital. "I'd brought your copy of Hogwarts: A History with me to St Mungo's, but you weren't there long enough to read it," he said, setting the bag down on his side of the bed and pulling out that book.
"But... Lia Moon also sent some books for you, that she thought you might enjoy." He was interested in her reaction, pulling the three books from the bag and setting them face up next to her. Hopefully she would see this as the goodwill gesture that it was and nothing more.
