Ron saw her glance at the mirror, and attempted to turn her attention away from it. Turning on the water to warm up the room, he hoped it would steam the mirror up before she could see her own reflection.
"Here," he said, working to get her undressed as quickly and painless as possible. It was the first time he'd even seen the scope of her injuries, and he knew she had to be in far more pain then she was letting on just from that, but he kept his expression neutral, though he couldn't help sparing a moment to lean in and kiss her softly. The healing scars and bruises didn't bother him, only served to remind him that she had made it out alive.
Trying to undress as quickly as possible himself, it took longer as he wasn't wearing hospital attire. He should have done all this while she was still in bed, odd as it might have seemed. Keeping an eye on her, he saw her walking to the mirror. "Hermione," he said, hoping that she'd stop even though he knew she wouldn't.
